A basic hair care routine for men

MEN WILL BE MEN depicts that men were well-groomed and that grooms involves in setting own hair

Men looks totally depends on hair as there was a huge difference between a bald look and with a hair of a same person

Shining , thickening and setting of hair depends not only from the external care it also depends on an internal care

Exrernal care includes:

  1. Shampooing: Using a mild shampoo to clean your hair and scalp. How often you shampoo depends on your hair type and lifestyle, but generally 2-3 times a week is sufficient for most men.
  2. Conditioning: Apply conditioner after shampooing to moisturize and soften your hair. Focus on the ends, where hair tends to be driest. Leave it on for a couple of minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
  3. Styling: If you use styling products like pomade, gel, or wax, apply them sparingly to avoid buildup. Choose products that suit your hair type and desired style.
  4. Drying: Avoid using high heat when blow drying your hair, as it can damage the hair shaft. Pat your hair dry with a towel or use a blow dryer on a low or medium setting.
  5. Trimming: Regularly trim your hair to maintain its shape and prevent split ends. How often you trim depends on your hairstyle, but every 4-6 weeks is typical for most men.
  6. Scalp Care: Pay attention to your scalp health by gently massaging it while shampooing to improve circulation and remove any buildup. Consider using a specialized scalp treatment if you have specific concerns like dandruff or itchiness.
  7. Protect from the Elements: Protect your hair from sun damage by wearing a hat or using products with UV protection when spending extended periods outdoors. Try to stay indoor on hot summer

Remember, consistency is key in maintaining healthy and well-groomed hair. Adjust your routine based on your hair’s needs and any specific concerns you may have.

Internal care includes:

  1. A proper sleep can repair every damaged skin, cells, even the hair . Balanced diet and proper sleep helps thickening the hair
  2. Try to mediatate and do yoga even for a period of 20 mins which helps you in reducing stress that ultimately reduces in hair fall
  3. Protein consumption mainly from eggs , iron from green leafy vegetables, fats from milk etc helps getting more shine in hair
  4. The body must be enough hydrated.
